    My Question is :-
    (1) Manufacturer Registered Under Excise, and First State Dealer Registered Under Excise Law (Both are registered under Same PAN and Same State). What is Procedure for Stock in hand under GST?

    Part 1 of Query
Manufacturer is already claimed the cenvat at the time purchase and it might be credit balance in Last Return up to appointed day. So it will be CLAIMED as CGST in GST. If Capital Goods’ balance credit @50% is pending till appointed day then full credit claimed in GSTRAN-1.
    Part-2
Dealer has duty paid invoice/s hence they will claim of that respective duty of stock.
Both entities are become single in GST regime all credit has been claimed in GSTRAN-1
